Just a quick post in case any of you are looking for things to do this weekend. (As you might guess I plan to stay VERY busy!)
Down in Morehead City, they have The Carolina Chocolate Festival just in time for Valentine's Day:

I went a few years ago and had a blast! The chocolate spa night was great (which they have now made a full day) and the Sunday Brunch was amazing. I'll be heading down Saturday and going to the Show on Sunday. It doesn't take very long to "do" the show - it's not that big, but it is fun. And if the weather's nice, Morehead is a great place to watch the water and just hang out.
